I visited the shop today to test some padel rackets and had a really great experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand my level, playing style, and what I was looking for, then recommended a range of rackets for me to try.
The testing process was easy and well organised, which made a huge difference. Being able to properly handle and compare different rackets before buying gave me real confidence in my choice. The team were happy to answer all my questions and offered honest advice rather than just trying to upsell.
Overall, fantastic customer service and a great selection of quality gear. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into padel or upgrade their equipment — I’ll be back again soon!

My experience at PDH sport today was professional and extremely satisfying. All of the staff communicated with me and were willing to help in any way possible. I had booked the practise court to try some rackets, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable. They asked what I was after, and offered many options within a set price range. One of the choices was one I never would have considered, yet I ended up buying it as it felt the best of the bunch. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
